Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. A broken air-condition made our stay less enjoyable.

gotta say, the breakfast was just awfull, really underwhelming for a so-called 4-star establishment. and don’t even get me started on the room flaws—I half expected a blind to be in the bedroom! honestly, i almost wrote a glowing review, but who wants an unfulfilled expectation? a gesture, like a welcome gift, woudl ve been nice too.

A bit noisy in the morning.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28great locationspacious roomdecent breakfaststaff presence
The location was fantastic, just a short 12-15 minute walk from the main train station. Numerous food places nearby, including a standout kebab spot for late-night cravings. The morning breakfast options were decent, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely restaurant downstairs. My room was spacious and comfortable, with prompt assistance from the virtual reception desk for any issues. However, I did experience some challenges with the virtual chatbot, as it got stuck in an endless loop during our conversation at times. Another concern was the lack of staff presence on-site, especially since I arrived late and found my sofa bed unprepared. I had to reach out via WhatsApp for assistance. They did resolve the issue quickly, but clear communication between teams would improve the guest experience. Despite these hiccups, I loved the cozy bar and restaurant atmosphere. All in all, a beautiful stay with some room for improvement.

missingWrote a review on Oct 17spacious designnatural lightinconvenient facility
The duplex apartment offered a unique layout with spacious design, making it suitable for family gatherings. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright atmosphere.
Strange odors emanating from the bathroom and ongoing issues with the remote-controlled blinds were frustrating. The shared laundry facility located downstairs was inconvenient, and loud noises from the heating condenser detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the lack of privacy for the bath due to the stairwell window was a disappointing oversight.

Spacious and stylish rooms with a wonderful bed made our stay so pleasant! The staff was super friendly, even arranging a surprise for us, which made the experience memorable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was superb—close to many attractions yet on a quiet street.
The only downside was the lack of daily cleaning and no concierge service, which might be inconvenient for those needing immediate assistance.
